Learn to meditate courses are held in person, over 4 consecutive days.
Day 1 - 60 min 1:1 session
Day 2-4 - 90 min group sessions
All sessions include a group meditation and time for Q&A.
Once you have learnt to meditate, you will be welcome to attend group meditation, in person or online, with myself, or my colleagues. Most group meditation includes space for Q&A and I am also available to support you.
Intro talks are a space to learn more about what Vedic Meditation is, what it could do for you and what to expect on a Learn To Meditate Course. You can ask any relevant questions you may have and get to know me, before committing to a course.
These are FREE sessions, with no obligation. Intro talks are generally offered in person or online but may be organised as a 1:1 phone call if required.

You will receive your personalised mantra and the instruction on how to use it. There will be time during this session for you to begin meditating.

Group Knowledge Session
Allow up to 90 mins
In this session we will discuss the mechanics of meditation and thoughts, dive into the use of the mantra and answer any questions you may have.
This session includes a group meditation.

Next we will dive into stress - what it is and how it impacts us. With this understanding we will look at how and why this practice is effective at breaking the cycle of stress. This session includes a group meditation.

Finally we will look at what's next - what life can look like moving forward. We will talk about what to expect and the natural results of practicing Vedic Meditation. This session includes a group meditation.
I am more than happy to take course enquiries and we can discuss options for holding the course privately if advertised timings don't suit your schedule. This will not be charged extra as a private course and the location and timing will be flexible to mutually suit our needs.
